Ali cooked a delicious feast of rabbit, my first time. Tastes like chicken, and panzanella. We invited other guests, a couple, Jim and Maureen, to join us. They are taking Italian classes at Il Sasso, and Jim showed us an amazing drone video he made of Sant’ Antimo. I remembered a drone buzzing over our heads at Matera at the Church if the Rock. Richard bought some cream of pistachio liqueur for digestivo. It was a lovely ending to a perfect day.       

 
For dessert, we also had some biscotti called “Brutti ma Buoni,” which means: ugly but good. They were delicious.IMG_1910
